Abstract
The e-commerce boom that has swept the globe in recent years is bringing new economic opportunities to global travel and the travel sector. According to a survey, despite the fact that India had 250 million internet users as of June 2014 (Nigam, Nayak, & Vyas 2015), online booking penetration in the travel business remained low. The traveler division would not be abandoned in any way, shape, or form as a result of the rise of Internet users. In order to tap this potential market, travel industry associations and Internet organizations are working together. The following case study is aimed to analyze the existing website of an e-commerce travel company. The conducted research was accomplished in response to the less traffic and conversion via the online website of the travel company against the competitors. After analyzing, many flaws were detected in the existing website and changes were proposed.

The company aims to cater to all types of customers, whether they are backpackers, VIPs, lone travellers, or a family of ten. Travelers can book trips to anywhere in the world with the greatest travel budget using the company’s online running portal (website).
